Shipping policy

Items shipped by Hellhound Supply
Processing time: 2–5 business days.
Delivery: most orders arrive in 7–20 business days. A few items ship from overseas warehouses and can take longer (up to about 23 business days); each product page lists its own estimate.
Free standard US shipping on orders of $50 or more. Some items ship free at any order size. The exact shipping cost always shows at checkout before you pay.

Partner-brand items
Some products are made and shipped directly by partner brands (including Bestia Dog Gear, SodaPup, DDPaws, rōmng, Warm People, Euro-Dog and Classy Leather Bags). These ship from the maker at their own rates and times, calculated at checkout. The product page says when an item ships from a partner.

If your order includes items from more than one maker, they may arrive in separate packages.
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
